capstone are mock data used exclusively for student project evaluation and
testing. This prototype is not intended for maintaining real patient records
or providing healthcare services.
Protect personal information
Do not enter real names, contact details, medical histories, or other
personally identifiable or confidential health information. The project
has not been approved for collecting or storing real patient data.
Responsible use
Use the PRMS only for authorized academic evaluation and testing. Do not
rely on its contents or output for clinical decisions, diagnosis, or treatment.
